Questions about refunds and shipping.

Where are orders shipped from? We ship directly from our warehouse in Durban, KZN to your door. We have been operating from this location for the past 5 years.

What is the cost of shipping? Shipping costs R89 for orders less than R1000, and is free for orders over R1000.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept South African EFT/bank transfers, as well as all major debit and credit cards using Payfast or PayStack.

When will I receive my order? Our production time for personalized products is 7 working days, depending on when your payment clears. After your order has been shipped it will take 5-7 working days for you to receive your order. You will receive tracking information from us and the courier company once your order has been shipped.

Do you auto-ship products or offer subscriptions? No, we do not offer any subscriptions and will never charge your card automatically.

How does your refund policy work? We offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee that will refund you without asking you to return the used things.

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to ask for returns on orders that contain two or more of the same item. Limit one refund per household. Read more details here.

Do you ship internationally? We do not ship products outside of South Africa.
